The Interior Diaries

• We will contact you approximately one week prior to furniture being delivered and arrange a mutually convenient date for delivery. Every effort will be made to deliver your goods on time.

• Please ensure that necessary access is available for a safe delivery and remove any delicate objects in preparation.

• Please check all the products before signing.  Any defects, damages or shortfalls must be reported to us, by you within 48hrs of commencement. After this period, we will not be held responsible for any damaged goods or its functionality.

• Warranty or Guarantee of any kind of electric or electronic products supplied with the contract should be taken from respective brand's customer service centres at your own. We do not take any responsibility for products service or repair. 

 

Price:

 

  The mentioned pricing is based on the following assumptions:

 

• The pricing includes Furniture like Bed for a bedroom with mattresses along with  wardrobe, a sofa with centre-table, dining table, shoe rack etc. as mentioned in each package and their fittings

• It also includes: Lights, Fans, Exhaust Fans, Curtains and its assembly, white goods such as Refrigerators, Television, Hand Mixer, Mixer Grinder, Geysers, etc.(as mentioned in each package individually)

• The pricing in packages are based on ready-made Furniture

• Our packages do not involve any kind of Plywood work, POP, Civil, Paint, Wooden Flooring or Electric works.

• This works can be done on Demand, Prices will be charged accordingly.

• Price is exclusive of GST.

• Customization of Package can be done on demand of the customer, Estimate will be made after confirmation and  Prices will be given accordingly.

• We could also work for Modular Kitchen on demand of the customer, Its Prices will be quoted additionally in Quotation.
   

 

Payment Details:

• Payments shall be made 50% as advance along with work order, 40% payment after completion of 50% work and 10% after full completion ( 50% of your work: Will be mentioned in Quotation)

 

Exclusion Liability:

 

• We exclude all liability and responsibility for any uninsured loss or damage that may result to you or a third party in connection with the supply and installation of goods.

 

 

Use of Information

 

• All images used are for illustrative purposes. They are not intended to be relied upon for, nor to form part of, any contract.

 

Changes and Variations

 

• The contract price is based on the specification noted in the Packages. If the Client requests changes or variations to be made to the original Package it can be made according to the home-type.

• We will submit a quotation incorporating such change or variation, clearly indicating the effect on price a, for acceptance by the client, before proceeding with the change or variation. 

 

Furniture :

 

• Every effort is made by our side to ensure products designs are suitable for your requirements, You can shortlist the Designs of ready-made furniture  given  by us  and finalize it accordingly

• The Furniture Provided in all the Packages are MDF Furniture 

 

Cancellation 

• In the event of contract termination, through no fault of The Interior Diaries, the client agrees to pay The Interior Diaries on services that have been requested and/or completed up to the cancellation date.
